I want to take a moment and thank you for the support you have shown the guys and I during our deployment. It is easy to take for granted the comforts of home until you leave your family and friends and travel to a place like this that has so very little. As uncomfortable as it can be out here, little things have a disproportionate ability to raise moral and improve day to day living. Things you take for granted back in the States quickly become commodities in the desert, and their arrival brings a smile to everyone’s face. Dip, candles, snacks, and really anything that reminds us of our incredible support network back home represents both a comfort item and a reassurance that people have our backs while we’re away. Thank you for your support and please know that the guys on the receiving end recognize and appreciate your help.
