Got the holiday boxes today! Looks like it was 3x big brown boxes, the triangle box and one long rectangle box. First off let me say that guys were stoked! Highest morale I’ve seen in quite some time. These boxes were absolutely awesome. We gathered up all the thanksgiving food and handed it off to our cook, he promised to cook it all on thanksgiving. Guys thought the Legos, remote control cars and helicopters were awesome. We took the rest of the Christmas box and put it away so we have some stuff to enjoy next month. Everyone approved of the poster choices and well really every choice in all the boxes,good stuff. Please thank everyone for the thought and generosity. Oh yah, nice touch with the pink electric water boilers

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you so much for the packages, they make all the difference in the world. As a single guy with not much family I didn’t expect to be opening much mail this deployment, but your packages were an unexpected surprise. The food here isn’t much to get excited about so opening them up to some real food really was a highlight of the deployment. I hope you know that what you do makes a difference in peoples lives and that we really do appreciate what it. Keep it up, we are waiting anxiously for the next box of goodies.

We all really appreciate the care packages. We are hurtin’ on good food out here so your boxes are definitely a pick me up. There’s just something about knowing that there are people back home that support us that make the days here a little easier. Thanks so much for everything you all do. It’s pretty awesome to have an organization like you guys sending stuff out to the troops, really helps us get through the tough times away from home.
